This painting was an accident. I was painting it up the other way when this landscape revealed itself! I reminds me of a group of she-oak trees that my parents have down on the edge of their property in Tasmania. When the wind blows through them it makes a very particular sound. These large, freestyle, semi-abstract landscapes are definitely one off paintings that I could never replicate. This painting is painted on Rives BFK etching paper that is 100% cotton and acid free. It was painted used the highest artist quality Winsor and Newton watercolours. It will be shipped unframed with a certificate of authenticity and a few gifts.
